Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made from Mona Design Shop, owned and operated by 广州八猫电子商务有限公司 (Guangzhou Bamao E-commerce Co., Ltd.).

Return eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Used, altered, customer-damaged, personalized, or custom-made items are not returnable unless they arrived defective or damaged. Items marked “Final Sale” are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to request a return

Before sending any item back, email admin@bamao.mona-designshop.com with your order number, the reason for the request, and relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective. We will review the request and provide return instructions and the applicable return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved standard returns. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, including applicable return shipping arrangements.

Refunds

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days after delivery and are subject to product availability. Contact us before returning the item so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
